Why most small businesses stall before they ever file
Getting on the GSA Multiple Award Schedule can open the door to billions in federal spending. But the path is full of places to get stuck — and most owners don't find out they weren't ready until months in.
The requirements are a moving target
The MAS solicitation runs hundreds of pages and changes a few times a year. Advice you read last year may already be out of date.
You can't tell if you're even eligible
Tenure, past performance, financials, TAA compliance — it's hard to know which gaps are dealbreakers and which are easy fixes.
Documentation overwhelm
Financial statements, pricing benchmarks, SINs, system registrations — pulling it all together with no checklist is where momentum dies.
Wasted months on a rejected offer
Submitting before you're ready means rejection, rework, and a process that drags on far longer than it should.
What the Readiness Check reveals
In five minutes you'll know exactly where you stand and what to do next — no sales call required to get your answer.
Your readiness score & tier
A clear score out of 100 that places you in one of four readiness tiers, from Discovery to Schedule Ready.
Your biggest gaps
The specific eligibility, documentation, and compliance items holding you back — and how close each one is to done.
Your prioritized next steps
A short, ranked action list so you know precisely what to tackle first instead of guessing.
A realistic timeline
An honest estimate of how long your path to award is likely to take based on where you are today.
Built for the April 2026 Refresh 31
GSA periodically updates the MAS solicitation through numbered “Refreshes.” Refresh 31 (effective April 2, 2026) changed several requirements that older readiness checklists still get wrong.
For example, under Transactional Data Reporting (TDR), you no longer prepare a CSP-1 commercial sales practices disclosure — a step a lot of outdated guidance still tells you to do. This assessment is aligned to the current solicitation, so the gaps it surfaces reflect the rules you'll actually be evaluated against.
