Built for the latest GSA MAS solicitation (Refresh 32)
GSA periodically updates the MAS solicitation through numbered “Refreshes.” Refresh 32 (effective June 4, 2026) changed several requirements that older readiness checklists still get wrong.
For example, under Transactional Data Reporting (TDR), you no longer prepare a CSP-1 commercial sales practices disclosure — a step a lot of outdated guidance still tells you to do. And as of the latest refresh, substituting a predecessor's or key personnel's experience for past performance is limited to Startup Springboard / FASt Lane offerors, which GSA restricts to agency-sponsored offers in the Information Technology category. This assessment is aligned to the current solicitation, so the gaps it surfaces reflect the rules you'll actually be evaluated against.
